In the event of a claim arising at your Italian home our policies,
which are always written in English, automatically allow us to appoint
an English speaking loss adjuster. He or she will visit you by appointment
and advise you how to proceed.
The fact that the policy is always written in English means that
you always know exactly what is covered. This, together with the
fact that the loss adjuster will always be English speaking, removes
any possibility for misunderstanding.
From the moment you report your claim to us we handle it personally
on your behalf until settled. We open a file on every claim that
occurs and our claims management team (who are in-house) liaise
with the loss adjuster and your insurance company on your behalf
to see the matter through to a satisfactory conclusion.

response is immediate; we have no automated response systems so
you are always assured of speaking to a named individual. You will
